For the tenth edition of Gelato Day it will be "Dolce Sinfonia", a variant of chocolate and hazelnut-based ice cream, but, if traditionally the Flavor of the Year is selected every year by a different European country, for this special edition of the tenth anniversary, it will be the master ice cream makers from all over Europe who will decide the recipe, challenging each other in the new European competition organized by Artglace, in collaboration with Longarone Fiere Dolomiti and Italian Exhibition Group (IEG).
